The TH180 Hardness
Measuring System is an advanced state of the art Metal Hardness Testing System
with wireless impact device. Versatile portable
hardness testing solution, combining dynamic Leeb Rebound Technology and a
wireless signal, allowing remote impact device operation.
Part of the family of the world famous TIME TH series portable testing
instruments, the TH180 is the top of the line of portable hardness testers. The
unit allows the user to move freely around the work piece without being limited
or hindered by cables. Data transferred wirelessly, will be calculated and filed
in the large memory of the work station. In the TH-180, today's technology has
been combined with over 25 years of know-how in the portable hardness testing
field.
Wireless and wired capabilities offering an unmatched reliability and ease of
operation. While the main unit can be put save on a solid position, the units
database driven storage CPU system allows up to 10 wireless impact devices to be
used simultaneously.
The main unit collects and calculates all the data and gives the user an
overview of each impact devices average measuring result and the applicable test
conditions.
Not only wireless probes can be connected! The main unit is also equipped with
connector points for standard wired impact devices!
The built in fast, silent printer, prints testing results and statistics on
demand. Alternatively the unit can be connected to a computer over a fast USB
2.0 connection for data transfer and analysis.
The main unit can be equipped with
different kinds of slave unit, such as D unit, C unit, DL unit.
Data from slave unit transferred to the main unit via wireless communication.
Time TH180 System complies to
DIN 50156 and ASTM A956 Standards.
