TQC Ultrasonic Gage and Uncured Powder Coating Thickness Meter LD5820 with Bluetooth Wireless Probe

The TQC LD5820 Uncured Powder Coating Meter optimizes the powder application by measuring the output of the cabin. This is a Non-contact Gage and does not require a physical contact between wireless probe and a powder (paint) coating.

The TQC Powder Coating Meter measures uncured powder coatings using Ultrasonic Technology to automatically calculate a predicted cured thickness. No physical contact between probe and coating is required. Collected information is sent via Bluetooth® to the recorder, where the value is shown in the large display. Taking a measurement is fast and accurate (3%) in the range of 30 to 110 microns.Using the TQC Powder Coating meter saves on powder and reduces loss of products. For most powder coating applications no calibration or adjustment is required.

The TQC Powder Coating Thickness Meter complies with ASTM D7378, “Standard Practice for Measurement of Thickness of Applied Coating Powders to Predict Cured Thickness”.

The Powder Thickness Meter LD5820 can display basic statistical information as measurements are taken. Continually displays/updates statistics including min/max and average.
The Powder Thickness Meter LD5820 can record 1,000 measurements in up to 100 groups (batches) for on-screen statistical purposes, for printing to an optional IR printer, or for transferring to a computer using the included USB cable.
All readings are time-stamped as they are taken.
