A set of five QNix Certified plastic test shims for for checking calibration and
operation accuracy of coating thickness gauges, paint gauges, mil thickness
gauges and ultrasonic thickness measurement
equipment. For use with magnetic, eddy-current and ultrasonic coating thickness
gauges.
(Not intended for use with magnetic pull-off type gages).
Approximate thickness of shims: ~
0.5 mil (12.5 µm), ~
2.0 mil (50 µm), ~ 4.0 mil (100 µm), ~ 13.5 mil (343 µm), ~ 40 mil (1000 µm).
Supplied with Calibration Test
certificate and two zero reference
calibration plates ( Steel and Aluminum) in a compact protective carrying case.
