The TQC LD5820 Powder Coating Meter optimizes the powder application by measuring the output of the cabin. This is a Non-Contact Gage and does not require a physical contact between measuring wireless probe and an uncured powder (paint) coating. The TQC Powder Coating Meter measures uncured powder coatings using Ultrasonic Technology to automatically calculate a predicted cured thickness. Collected information is sent via Bluetooth® to the recorder, where the value is shown in the large display. Taking a measurement is fast and accurate (3%) in the range of 30 to 110 microns.Using the TQC Powder Coating meter saves on powder and reduces loss of products.
