All "Overnight" orders must be placed before 3PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), otherwise order will be shipped the next business day.

Products marked as "Ships The Same Business Day" are usually shipped the same business day only if order is placed by 3PM EST.

If product "Availability" status is not displayed on a product details page, this product is a "Special Order" product.

Please contact our sales department to check availability of "Special Order" products and / or accessories and replacement parts.

RETURN POLICY:

All Returns / Replacements require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item.

 RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT:
 

You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days (45 days for all international orders) of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:

     1. We sent the wrong item.
     2. The item received is defective (including damaged in transit).

Once you have requested and received your Return Merchandise Authorization number:

    ▪ For all orders within Continental USA:
 
We will email you a prepaid shipping label for return of the wrong/defective item.
We will send a replacement as soon as we receive wrong/defective item back.

     ▪ For all other orders (including all International orders):
 
We will send a replacement as soon as we receive wrong / defective item back. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
 

 
 RETURN FOR REFUND:
 

You may return, exchange or request a refund for your unopened, unused product within 30 days (45 days for all international orders) of the original order ship date.
 
If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, we will send you a replacement; please see Replacement Policy above.
 
If refund is requested, it will be of the item original purchase price, excluding shipping & handling.

If product returned in a used condition or missing accessories (parts, manuals, etc.) or returned in  non-factory packaging a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from a total refund amount.

There is NO restocking fee for defective product returned in exchange for the exact same product, or for product originally purchased as Open Box.

We will not accept requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any reason other than those listed above.
